Being a small Canadian business has had it's fair share of challenges over the last few years. From lockdowns to postal strikes, we have been through it all. But lately, there has been a huge push to shop Canadian and to search out small businesses who create and sell their product right here. So, I offered to help out a couple of small, local businesses through photography.

I have gotten to know this family through my time in Sioux Narrows and being in the baby/family world myself, this was an easy collaboration.

hunter+ro is a home based business located in Kenora, Ontario which was established in 2016. Brittany creates handmade items for babies and toddlers such as blankets, towels, bibs and other essential items that every parent needs.

Personally, I am a huge fan of the custom wood items she has started to add to her inventory. These are adorable keepsakes that parents will love.
